How to reach the site, and what kind of enquiries it can and cannot help with.
This is a small editorial project, so the contact route is simple and there is only one of it.
What to write about
- Corrections. A detail in an entry that is wrong, outdated, or no longer true of the property. These are the most useful messages we get.
- Suggestions. A hotel that clearly belongs in one of the four sections and is not there yet.
- Property enquiries. If you represent a hotel listed here and want a description revised for accuracy, say what is inaccurate and what the correct position is.
- General questions about how the index is put together.
What we cannot help with
We are not a booking agent and have no connection to any reservation system. We cannot check availability, hold a room, change a reservation, process a refund or pass a message to a hotel's front desk. If you have a booking question, contact the property directly — every hotel named here is easy to find.
Nor do we sell placement. A hotel cannot pay to appear in the index or to have its entry rewritten more favourably.
Reply times
Messages are read by a person, not a system, and answered as time allows. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
